Sign Language Programs In Districts

MARINDUQUE -The KADIWA and Binhi members of this district show their eagerness to learn Sign Language as they attended a Basic Sign Language Seminar led by the Christian Society for the Deaf. They are very thankful to the Church Administration for the activities such as this where they learn useful skills.

IloIlo South – Conducted a Holy Baptism at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Iloilo City

The Christian Society for the Deaf in this district organized a CSD Get-together where our Deaf brethren met with other brethren from different local congregations in the district.

The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD), with the help of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS), conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar in this district.

UNITED KINGDOM – British Sign Language Seminar The brethren in this district actively participated in a British Sign Language Seminar, which was led by the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD). Through this seminar they learned how to communicate with the Deaf people through sign language.

Zambales South – Basic Sign Language Seminar ZAMBALES SOUTH – The Local Congregation of Rabanes in this district held a Basic Sign Language Seminar. The brethren who participated in this activity learned the common signs and words used in the Church which they can use in edifying the faith of our Deaf brethren.

Tarlac City, Tarlac – CWS “Online Sign Language Seminar” TARLAC CITY, TARLAC – The Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members in the Local Congregation of Maliwalo, actively participated in an “Online Sign Language Seminar.” This aims to spread awareness and teaches the proper way of communicating with the Deaf. The attendees are very happy with all the knowledge they learned.
