Zambales South - Basic Sign Language Seminar

ZAMBALES SOUTH – The Local Congregation of Rabanes in this district held a Basic Sign Language Seminar. The brethren who participated in this activity learned the common signs and words used in the Church which they can use in edifying the faith of our Deaf brethren.
