Quezon city - Mental health awareness seminar

QUEZON CITY – The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD), with the help of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS), conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar in this district. Through this seminar, the brethren learned valuable and efficient ways to maintain mental well-being, become aware of other mental problems/illnesses, and cope with stress-related situations. Most of all, they were reminded to always seek God’s protection and guidance.
