A fun-filled activity was conducted during the Christian Society for the Deaf monthly Get-Together. Our Deaf brethren were very grateful and this brought joy to everyone. As a result of this activity, one of the Deaf brethren expressed her interest in becoming a CSD officer. To God be all the glory.
Showcasing their cooking skills, Deaf brethren take the lead in preparing delectable dishes during an activity called Mr. and Mrs. Chef.
UNITED KINGDOM -The Christian Society for the Deaf in this district spearheaded the first Evangelical Mission that included live British Sign Language interpretation. More than 400 sites joined the CSD-sponsored Evangelical Mission. The brethren invited their friends, loved ones, and acquaintances to learn more about the Church Of Christ. Those within the deaf or hard of hearing communities were able to understand the importance of the Church Of Christ. The brethren and their guests were truly inspired by this historic activity.
DAVAO DEL NORTE – Joy is in the air. Happy and grateful were the brethren from the Local Congregation of Dumlan as they attended the Basic Sign Language Seminar held in their house of worship. The participants learned to understand Deaf culture and how to properly communicate with them.
CAVITE SOUTH – Binhi members from the Local Congregation of Bagtas are seen fond of learning during a Basic Sign Language Seminar. They learned basic signs, such as the alphabet, numbers, and greetings, among others, eager to use these in performing their Church duties.
CAVITE SOUTH – Brethren from the Local Congregation of Pasong Langka excitedly participated in the Basic Sign Language Seminar which the CSD led and organized. They promise to use the basic signs they learned in edifying our Deaf brethren and propagating the gospel of our Lord God.
CAVITE SOUTH – A Leaf Art Making activity was conducted by the Christian Society for the Deaf in this district. The participants showed their creativeness in creating designs using leaves.
ZAMBALES NORTH – The Christian Society for the Deaf in this district led a Basic Sign Language Seminar. The attendees learned basic signs that they can use to communicate with the Deaf and invite them to listen to the words of God.
BULACAN EAST – Our Deaf brethren were very happy and thankful for all the love and concern of the Church Administration as they receive care packages during the CSD Cares activity conducted by the Christian Society for the Deaf.
