ILOCOS SUR – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

ILOCOS SUR – Brethren from the Local Congregation of Pandan, Ecclesiastical District of Ilocos Sur, actively participated in a Basic Sign Language Seminar led by CSD Officers. This activity aimed to equip the brethren with basic knowledge of Sign Language that can be used in sharing our faith and supporting the welfare of the Deaf Community.

BONGABONG ORIENTAL MINDORO – “It was fun and interactive!”, that was the reaction of the Church Officers who attended the Sign Language Seminar which was conducted in the Local of Papandayan. Such activity was truly helpful to them in acquiring new knowledge about Sign Language to be able to communicate with the deaf community.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA – A Basic Sign language seminar was held in the local congregation of San Diego County, District of California. The church administration aims to help the Brethren to enhance their cognitive abilities and most importantly it opens a new realm of understanding with the Deaf culture, syntax and grammar.

NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR – With joy and excitement, the members of the Christian Society for the Deaf in this, together with their guests, were gathered together as they conducted CSD Get-together activity. Brethren and CSD officers were even more edified in their faith as this activity was filled with fun games and socializing.
