METRO MANILA EAST – CSD DIFFERENTLY ABLED UNITY GAMES​

METRO MANILA EAST – The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) officers successfully conducted the “CSD Differently Abled Unity Games,” where many of our differently-abled brethren, together with the CSD officers, showcased their skills in activities such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, and board games. It was an amazing experience, offering opportunities to create new friendships and, most importantly, to strengthen their faith.

Loving and Caring for the Church

On July 9, 2024, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the Church’s Executive Minister, led an international conference of ministers and ministerial workers at the EVM Convention Center in Quezon City, Philippines. Through the Bible-based lecture, ministers and ministerial workers were taught the qualities they should have to ensure that those who joined the Church receive the promised salvation.

CAGAYAN SOUTH – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR​

CAGAYAN SOUTH – Brethren from the Local Congregation of Anquiray conducted a Basic Sign Language Seminar. Attendees were able to learn the alphabet and other basic signs. This sign language seminar was a truly enlightening and empowering experience, providing attendees with valuable knowledge, insights, and skills to better communicate and connect with our Deaf brethren.

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC – DEAF AWARENESS AND BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR​

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC—Brethren in this district actively participated in the recently conducted “Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language Seminar” at the Local Congregation of Sapang Maragul. Together with the CSD officers of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD), the attendees were very thankful for the imparted knowledge, which can also be used in the propagation of our faith for the welfare of our Deaf brethren in fhe Church.”

CENTRAL EUROPE – CWS SIGN LANGUAGE WORKSHOP​

CENTRAL EUROPE – Young members eagerly learn during their CWS Education: Basic Sign Language workshop. Led by CWS officers utilizing the short Sign Language Tutorial for Kids, it aims to create and improve communication with the Deaf community. Thus, learning basic signs promoted among the children cultural awareness and appreciation. That way, they remain one with the Church Administration’s dedication in having empathy to fellowmen and hope for the members’ active participation in Christian Family Organizations activities.
