SAN JOSE, MINDORO OCCIDENTAL – CSD COOKING CHALLENGE

SAN JOSE, MINDORO OCCIDENTAL – The Christian Society for the Deaf in this district held a CSD Cooking Challenge. The participants were given a chance to bring their cooking skills to the fore. They were thankful to the Church Administration for this kind of activity

SAN PABLO CITY, LAGUNA – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

SAN PABLO CITY, LAGUNA – The Christian Brotherhood International (CBI) officers and members in this district actively participated in a Basic Sign Language seminar. This seminar was led by the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) officers. The participants learned basic signs such as alphabet, numbers, greetings, and common terms used in the Church.

CAMANAVA – CSD MONTHLY GET-TOGETHER

CAMANAVA – During a CSD Monthly Get-Together, the smiling faces of the Deaf brethren genuinely show their appreciation of the Church Administration’s love and concern for them.

ILOILO SOUTH – CSD COFFEE BONDING ACTIVITY

ILOILO SOUTH – The bond of brotherhood among the members of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) has been strengthened further as they participated in the “CSD Coffee Bonding Activity.” A nice cup of coffee and a great conversation are truly a perfect match. The brethren who attended the activity were joyful since they were able to make friends with their fellow Deaf members.

MAYNILA – CSD GET-TOGETHER

MAYNILA – Brethren enjoy several fun games during a CSD Get-Together activity, affording them to not only bond but also strengthen each other’s faith.

METRO MANILA EAST – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR​

METRO MANILA EAST – Young members of the Church in this district actively participated in a Basic Sign Language seminar. They learned basic ways to communicate with the Deaf which will help them to fulfill the commandment of God to strengthen one another.

CALOOCAN NORTH – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

CALOOCAN NORTH – The Christian Society for the Deaf officers in this district spearheaded a Basic Sign Language seminar which was led by Brother Reymund Del Mundo, Minister of the Gospel. The activity was attended by Church officers in the Local Congregation of Deparo and Bagong Silang 5.

NEW ERA UNIVERSITY – CERTIFICATE PROGRAM FOR UNSCHOOLED DEAF PERSONS CLASS

The Certificate Program for Unschooled Deaf Persons (CPUDP) is a program of the Church Administration that aims to teach Deaf persons the basic signs that they can use in their day-to-day living. Through God`s help and guidance the first day of its class was successfully conducted. The attendees learned how to sign fruits and animals. The class was led by Sisters Danna Vida Pedro and Donnah Vee Calaycay who are both Deaf teachers.
