KADIWA members learn and practice Sign Language during the Basic Sign Language activity that was led by the district’s Christian Society for the Deaf.
It was an excellent experience for our brothers and sisters in this district as they hold a CSD Get-Together activity and formed stronger bonds, strengthened their faith, and made new friends.
It was certainly a joyous occasion for the Deaf brethren and CSD officers to attend the CSD Get-together in their district. Games that provided an avenue for the participants to bond and create lasting memories were the highlight of the event.
Brethren from the Local Congregation of Novaliches, Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City, in the Philippines, demonstrate what they learn during the Basic Sign Language Seminar which was held at their house of worship.
This Sign Language Tutorial for Kids segment is a project of the Christian Society for the Deaf under the Christian Family Organizations. Its aim is to raise awareness in children by presenting Sign Language in a fun and enjoyable manner. This project is also created to help communicate with differently abled people within, and to invite those who are outside of the Church Of Christ.
The Brethren in the Local Congregation of Heathrow East attended a seminar led by Sister Kaytlyn Mesina, CSD President and Sister Erianne Celestino, Lay CSD Sign Language Interpreter. The brethren learned how to communicate using Sign Language with those who are deaf or have difficulty of hearing.
The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) held a monthly Get-together activity in the Local Congregation of Iloilo City. The event provided great opportunity to express the love and care of each brethren for one another, encouraging everyone to continue living out the Christian values of faith, love, and hope.
So that they know how to respond appropriately in case of a fire incident and thus protect themselves and others, members of the Christian Society for the Deaf in the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City attend a Fire Prevention Seminar held at the Capitol Congregation’s house of worship.
The happiness of the true servants of God is to help others. What gives them more happiness is sharing the words of God to attain salvation.
