SAN MATEO, ISABELA SOUTH - DEAF AWARENESS AND BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

SAN MATEO, ISABELA SOUTH – Led by CSD officers, a seminar on Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of San Mateo. The seminar aimed to provide attendees with the knowledge on how to communicate effectively with our Deaf brethren through sign language.
