REGION 3 - Deaf brethren from Central Luzon bond during CSD CAMP held at Bulacan

REGION 3 – There is joy all over the place, as the Deaf brethren from Central Luzon, which is the Region 3 of the Philippines, bond during the CSD Camp held at Bulacan. Together with respective families, they took part in various activities in every booth installed, meeting new friends along the way.
