PALAYAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA - SIgn language seminar

PALAYAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA – Church officers from the Local Congregation of Marcos Village actively attended in a Sign Language Seminar. Their compassion for our Deaf fellowmen motivated them to respond to the call of the Church Administration to acquire knowledge in communicating with our Deaf brethren and even with non-members using Sign Language.
