ILOCOS SUR – Young members from the Local Congregation of San Pablo actively participated in the Basic Sign Language Seminar led by Brother Richard Salazar, a minister of the gospel. Taught how to sign basic words, such as the alphabet and numbers, they were thankful for the learned skills, which are useful in communicating with the Deaf.
