On March 30, 2019, a Conference on Autism was held at the New Era University Hall spearheaded by the Christian Family Organizations and New Era University. The autism awareness seminar was attended by parents and CFO officers. Dr. Genalyn de Jesus Aguila, a developmental pediatrician, talked about early detection and correct diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. A registered occupational therapist, Sister True-Jade R. Resurreccion, discussed a brief introduction to sensory integration. Sister Sally M. Lopez, tackled about family involvement in home and school program. The highlight of the activity was the reading of the message from Brother Eduardo Manalo, Executive Minister of the Church Of Christ.
