MAKATI – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

MAKATI – Officers of the Christian Society for the Deaf in this district spearheaded a Basic Sign Language Seminar in the Local Congregation of North Signal. The attendees learned how to sign the alphabet, numbers, colors, days, greetings, and common Church terminologies.

QUEZON NORTH – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

QUEZON NORTH – Members of the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) from the Local Congregation of Tignoan in this district enjoyed learning basic signs from the Basic Sign Language Seminar they attended. They are excited to use what they learned in communicating with the Deaf. Officers of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) led in educating them.

ILOILO SOUTH – SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY

ILOILO SOUTH – The Sign Language Interpreters Development Activity by this district further enhance the CSD officers’ communication skills, that is, using Sign Language (SL). As its name signifies, this activity aimed at honing SL skills and thus cater to the spiritual needs of Deaf brethren.

ZAMBALES NORTH – BASIC SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR

ZAMBALES NORTH – The Christian Society for the Deaf in this district led a Basic Sign Language Seminar. The purpose of this activity is to improve the Sign Language skills of our hearing members so they can be of help to the Church Administration in loving and caring for our Deaf brethren.

They are very thankful for learning how to sign the alphabet, numbers, and Church terminologies. They know that these are very useful in fulfilling their duties.

MAYNILA – Members of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) from various local congregations of this district benefited from the “Buklod Livelihood Seminar”

MAYNILA – Members of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) from various local congregations of this district benefited from the “Buklod Livelihood Seminar” held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Tundo. The Deaf brethren learned how to make dishwashing liquid, which they could use either to make a living or just for personal purposes.
