Sign Language Programs In Districts

CAVITE SOUTH – Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in the Local Congregation of Dara attend the Basic Sign Language Tutorial and Deaf Awareness Seminar led by CSD officers. They promised that they will continue participating in all other activities of the Church.

CENTRAL – The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) in this district held a Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language Seminar at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Mindanao Avenue. The CSD officers led the activity, which aimed at educating the brethren about Deaf culture and basic Sign Language, such as how to sign greetings, numbers, and the alphabet.

CAPIZ – In order to spread awareness and understanding about Deaf culture, a Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language Seminar was held in various local congregations in this district.

METRO MANILA EAST – A joyful atmosphere was created as Deaf brethren and CSD officers bonded together and shared joyous moments throughout the CSD Year-End Socializing in their district.

METRO MANILA SOUTH – As a result of a series of seminars conducted in various local congregations throughout this district, brethren learned new ways to communicate with and have been eager to interact with the Deaf community.

GREAT BRITAIN – It’s fun and easy to learn British Sign Language as what brethren in this district found out after attending a Sign Language Seminar. It inspired them and made them want to keep learning.

ALASKA – Through informative and engaging seminars, the Christian Society for the Deaf in this district raises awareness of Deaf culture while equipping brethren with the knowledge of Basic Sign Language.

GREAT BRITAIN – The CWS members in this district gathered online to conduct a Sign With Me Activity. The participants had an engaging experience as they learned Sign Language and practiced signing different colors while enjoying the coloring activity.

CAMANAVA – Capturing the joyous moments during the Year-end Socializing of the Christian Society for the Deaf, where various CSD activities brought happiness to the Deaf brethren

To promote understanding about the Deaf persons, a Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language seminar was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Parañaque.
