BONGABONG ORIENTAL MINDORO – The Sign Language Seminar led by the CSD Officers was a great opportunity for the Church officers in the Local Congregation of Sibale. They are now capable of communicating with the Deaf and able to help in propagating God’s words to those with special needs.
