BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL - Online Basic Sign Language Seminar

Young members enjoyed and had fun as they attended the Basic Sign Language Seminar Online where they learned basic signs that they could use to communicate with the Deaf community. Sister Carla Layes, a Deaf person, was one of the facilitators of the activity. The kids joyfully expressed their interest in learning more about sign language.
