SARANGANI – SIGN LANGUAGE SEMINAR
Interested to learn Sign Language, many brethren in this district attended a Sign Language seminar, thus broadening their knowledge about not only signing skill but also Deaf Culture.

The brethren in this district had a great time attending the Deaf Awareness seminar held at the worship building of the Local Congregation of Lagro. The activity was organized to help Church officers better understand the Deaf community, their language, and their culture.
The participants of the CSD Get-together exuded with happiness and enjoyment as they took part in the painting activity that brought out their artistic abilities and strengthened their bond.
This Get-Together and Painting Activity gave our Deaf brethren a sense of belonging and made them feel appreciated. It also gave them the opportunity to express themselves through their artwork.
Active participation of Deaf brethren from various districts was witnessed during the CSD Online Boardgames. Throughout the games, their exceptional skills were displayed, and their bonds with one another were also strengthened.
Seminar and Workshops for Sign Language interpreters like this continue to develop the skills of Sign Language interpreters for them to be better equipped in communicating with Deaf people and to increase their understanding of the Deaf community and their culture.
Led by Brother Regie Dulalia, a minister of the gospel, a Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language seminar was held in this district. Taking part in seminars like this increases Deaf awareness among Church Of Christ members.
This district conducted a Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language seminar. Led by Brother Ian Casamayor, it aimed at teaching more brethren about the importance of Sign Language and communication with the Deaf.
This was an unforgettable day for our Deaf brethren in Region IX and X as they crowded around the CSD Camp during their activity which is part of CSD 10th anniversary. Through interactive booths, they met fellow Deaf brethren from other districts and bonded together in the spirit of brotherhood and unity inside the Church Of Christ.
Having great love and concern for the Deaf, brethren from this district actively participated in a Basic Sign Language seminar which improved their communication skills.
